🔄 Return and Refund Policy

 

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return for standard (non-customized) products, in accordance with current legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

 

📦 Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following criteria:

 

• Be unused and in the exact condition in which you received it.

   

• Remain in its original packaging.

   

• Include the proof of purchase or order number.

   

⛔ Non-Returnable Items (Exceptions)

 

• Customized Products: Items manufactured with laser engraving, custom dimensions, or according to customer specifications are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

   

📩 How to Request a Return

 

• Write to sales@maderico.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +34 624 65 55 46, stating your order number and the reason for the return.

   

• Returns sent without prior notice or confirmation from our team will not be accepted.

   

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (except in cases of defective products or shipping errors).

   

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged due to transport, is defective, or contains an incorrect item, contact us immediately with attached photographs of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

 

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the current product (once approved) and place a new, separate order on our website.

 

💳 Refunds

Once your package is received and inspected at our workshop, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within a few days (exact timing depends on your financial institution).
